The indigenous people of the Andes give praise to Pachamama, which is the Quechua word for “ Earth Goddess.” We are based on the insight that all human beings are microcosms profoundly related to the macrocosm of nature and are functional units under the directing hand of an intelligent, self-regulating, and self-correcting guiding life force. Medicina Pachamama aims to support the individual in achieving optimal vitality through connection with their inherent ability to heal, and offering remedies that derive from mother earth. These allies empower us to heal, grow, and connect with the guiding force of nature. Medicina Pachamama is devoted to providing affordable medicine and care to all individuals regardless of their socioeconomic status. Life is a colorful journey filled with experiences and challenges that are growth opportunities. However, we weren’t taught the awareness, knowledge, and tools needed for those growth moments. Who We Are

Lauren's Bio

A passionate clinical herbalist, life coach, nutritional educator, Reiki, and flower essence practitioner, Lauren has helped hundreds of people open their hearts to the infinite wisdom of their inner knowing with transformational coaching, plant medicine (rituals), and intentional Of Soil + Stars gatherings.

She began her journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Women and Gender Studies at DePaul University. This paved the way for work as humanitarian, activist and educator on the U.S/Mexico border. Lauren subsequently received a certification from the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism, studying with various western herbalists. Simultaneously, she expanded her expertise to include peace studies, conflict resolution, meditation, and group facilitation.

After her extensive education, Lauren worked as an Herbalist and in program development for Natural Doctors International in Nicaragua on the island of Ometepe. The chapter in Nicaragua began to weave her diverse studies, knowledge base and skills together, illuminating her calling.

Currently, Lauren is living in Northern California with her husband and two kids. She is deeply committed to her healing journey, and regularly implements the transformational work practices and plant medicine protocols that she teaches.

When she isn’t being a devoted wife and mother, she is curating healing journeys for individuals and groups with personalized plant medicines and transformational coaching. Lauren believes that when working with the plant realm people are empowered to allow a deeper connection with their higher selves, each other, and spirit.

She illuminates that ritual is a sequence of actions rooted in specific intention that allows for deeper connection with our inner spirit and nature. Pacha Mama teaches us to invite ritual into our lives, as ritual feeds and nourishes the soul.
