Integration circles, led by trained specialist Lauren, offer multiple ways to meet your experience, whether you process through verbal sharing, moving, creating, or witnessing. In the evenings, sacred song circles with Megancita serve as reminders of the power of our voice and the harmony of community.
Throughout the weekend, rituals will help you ground, mark moments and connect with your intentions. The closing cacao ceremony honors what you’ve received and anchors the visions you’re carrying forward.
Between gatherings, there’s spaciousness for hiking, river wandering, or simply being with other women doing their own tender work of healing.

All retreat deposits are non-refundable and secure your space in the program.
Final payment for the retreat is due 4 weeks prior to the event start date. Once final payment has been submitted, it is non-refundable except in the case of a verified emergency. In such instances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by retreat staff and facilitators.
